Best non-stick pan I have ever used!! Even without any oil or butter, nothing sticks to it. Cooked a bunch of chicken with a tiny bit of oil and all I had to do was wipe the pan clean with a paper towel when done and the pan was clean. All the burned little bits came right off with no scrubbing. I like that this pan is heavy duty! It takes a little longer to warm up than the cheap, thin pans but it retains the heat and cooks more evenly than thin pans. PLUS there is no warping of the bottom. This pan is a winner! I am gong to look for some other sizes. If you're on the fence, just order it. You will be happy.
