I was skeptical to buy this as the reviews were not the greatest. All I needed was a pan that would fry 2 eggs at the same time. This was the cheaper of ones on Amazon so thought I'd give it a try. Was just amazing for 2 fried eggs. Heated up quickly. Even heat distribution. Eggs cooked quickly. No sticking and easy clean. Its small ... will fit on small element size on stovetop which is all you need if 2 fried eggs is all you need. (Watching weight so eating 2 eggs for breakfast?) I would recommend this. It's well made ... like a cast iron feel with non stick. It’s important to give a quick spray with nonstick like say “Pam” otherwise eggs do stick a bit.
