I was a little skeptical of my purchase after reading some negative reviews. I would not recommend using this over a Jetboil stove. Don't waste your money with the JetBoil Genesis either. Buy this pan and use a Primus Yellowstone. It worked great on a 5-day BWCAW trip. Non stick ceramic did an excellent job with eggs, veggie sautee, frying fish, and pancakes. It isn't delicate, but don't be a bonehead and use abrasive scouring pads or store it in a way that it gets scraped with metal. Purchase GSI non scratch utensils (spatula, ladle spoon, and tongs) and use them on this pan. Glad I bought it. I will correct the review if performance declines.
