This fit my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country, but the description is inaccurate. It states that the set includes a gasket and replacement screws. However, it comes with one oil pan gasket and one oil drain plug gasket only. There are no screws in this set. New screws weren't necessary in my case, but if the description said the set included it, then they should have included it. I installed the gasket anyway, since I had too fix the leak. No time to wait for a replacement order.
