I ordered several of these pans so that I could prepare hotdishes in advance, freeze, thaw and pop in the oven or on the grill for quick easy delicious nutritious meals. So far they are the perfect size for meals and a next day left over lunch. Standard foil fits perfectly for heating. I use just a quick spray of non stick oil and clean up is so easy, no soaking even. They completely cook evenly as well! They sure have made life easier!Bought this for my boyfriend and I to make brownies. It’s sturdy, boxed brownies are thin but perfect. The cover is a big reason I purchased this item, but that it was made in the USA was what sold me on this pan.This is great quality bakeware at a reasonable price. This is heavy weight and will not warp like the lighter weight brands.Nordic Ware pans are very good quality and clean up nicely.I love this pan - everything cooks so evenly. My first Nordic Ware pan and now I want everything Nordic Ware!!!I have many Nordic Ware products and have had them for several years. Excellent products!I love Nordic ware pans and this one lives up to the name. Nice heavy pan.I like how evenly these pans heat. You don't have to worry about burning or adjusting bake times like you do with dark pans. And forget non-stick pans. There’s nothing to flake off and with regular use and normal cleaning (no dishwasher or lemon based soap) and these pans last forever!I really like this pan. It is heavy duty. It evenly distributes the heat. It takes slightly longer to bake things through, but I knew that would be the case as it is a light coloured pan rather than a dark one. It cleans up easily. I have rediscovered a love of baking during the pandemic, so the bit higher price point was worth it to me to have a higher quality pan. I first bought this brand and model in a 9x13 inch version. I liked it so much, I now have it also in the 9x9 and 8x8 inch version as well.As other reviewers noted, the pan description on Amazon lists a 10x10" square pan, but customers, including me, received a 9x9". Had a look at the Nordic Ware website, and they don't appear to make a square pan larger than 9x9". Hopefully Amazon corrects this soon.If you look at the image showing the top of the pan with packaging, you will see the size is printed there as 9x9".I really didn't know how to assign stars, since the problem has nothing to do with the pan itself, which looked quite nice.The pan’s interior is not 10x10 as advertised. The pan is sturdy, but the outside measurements across the top of pan is 10x10.That not where it counts. It should say 8x8. The cake you bake calls for an 10x10 interior. The outside of that pan does not hold the cake. The pan’s name speaks for the quality that it is.But somebody needs to put the correct interior size in the description.I was very disappointed.Received 9x9 which lucky I read reviews and guessed this might happen. Both sizes would work for me so I ordered to find out. That being said I feel amazon should change the website info so people know what they are getting.Pan is well made, but as of right now it is a 9x9.I just received my order and this is not a 10 x 10 item nor is it 3.5 Ins (8.9 cm) deep. It is more like 8 x 8 x 2. The quality i can live with but the size is an issue. I am very disappointed and will look into whether or not I return it which all depends on Amazon's response.
