Purchased this for breakfast, eggs, wanting quick... simple and no toxic surface. I have been looking for a greenpan and this is new. Love it. Heavy weight, great feel, nice handle and amazing non-stick. I also have been reading about toxic coatings on almost all nonstick pans, even with they say non-toxic, they have PFAS and if you read about this, most non-stick still has it, but greenpan ceramic does not. Since I am cooking for myself and kids, it is key to not put my organic eggs in a pan that is not also clean. This pan is super slick, love how it heats quickly and same for clean, quick and easy. I am a fan, buying some of the bigger fry pans as well. I highly recommend.I absolutely love that this pan is nonstick and toxin-free. Greenpan's toxin-free cookware if my favorite because I don't want any harmful chemicals in my food, which any other cookware brands tend to use. It heats up quickly and cooked my veggies evenly! I've used other pans where the food sticks the the pan, but this nonstick coating really makes a huge difference. I can't wait to cook more with this awesome pan!So happy with this! Im really picky and do research before buying especially for something like this and I really just couldn’t be happier!Dont use on high heat settings!Just an all-around excellent frying pan. Food slips right off the ceramic nonstick, and the anti-warping base works well. With cheaper cookware, oil flows to the edges after the metal heats up, but that's not a problem here (assuming your cooktop is level, of course). This pan really does let you keep oil usage to a minimum.Physically, the pan is nicely designed, with a comfortable handle that stays cool in use. The hard anodized exterior is very tough, and the base works with all heating types, including induction. Cleanup is a breeze, thanks to the ceramic surface and nonstick rivets. You can put this pan in the dishwasher if you want, but handwashing is the way to go to extend its life.Overall, a fantastic skillet, and I wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommended.
