My original seat bottom's padding had disintegrated after 18 years of use. This replacement was easy to install and is identical to the original seat bottom down to the adjustable front. Highly recommended.This was much easier to install than I expected it was going to be. I feel like my whole chair is new again!Fast shipping, seat pan arrived in less than a week after purchasing. The fit of the OEM replacement seat pan is perfect as you would expect from Herman Miller. After 15 years of use, the chair feels and looks brand new again. I'm quite surprised the original seat pan fabric lasted as long as it did as the chair has been used an average of 9 hrs a day, 365 days a year for those 15 years. So glad you can still get factory replacement parts!We were able to uninstall the old seat and install the new one just fine! As other reviewers mentioned it seemed like it wasn't wide enough for the space between armrests, but as we tightened down the screws it fits fine. Makes the seat functional again and seems like new!I bought my Mirra chair used after the .com crash. Now that I'm WFH this seat allowed me to keep the chair I like and get it back to comfortable. Requires 2 torx bits and 15 minutes to install.This seat fit my Mirra chair perfectly. At first it appeared that the new seat was much too narrow for the chair, but it turned out that with just a little effort (not much, really) I could get both bolts started in their holes, and as they tighten down everything snugs up just fine. This may have been the problem another reviewer noted as "the fit is not exact". I will use this chair with a sheepskin on the seat from now on, to keep the replacement from being torn like the original.Came in the mail in a couple days. Fit seemed good. The video they have to remove/replace helped. Only one small issue the very front T27 screw holes did not seem to have much "thread", fortunately I had a bit and could power them in with my drill. Otherwise, fit is good, and seat feels better than ever.
