I bought this in 2020 and use it almost daily since the pandemic and it's still like new. It requires zero maintenance and cleaning it is so easy, just run it under hot water without any dish detergent. The only issue is the weight, it's a bit heavy because mine is 11-inch but I think it's worth it. So far the best non-stick I've ever had. Highly recommend.I am fairly certain the pan had no dents leaving the manufacturer. However, the box it was shipped in was fairly beat up with top flaps open. Tape was the only thing keeping pan from falling out. Inspecting the pan revealed a dent on one side. Pan surfaces in tact otherwise.We’ve had this pan for 10 years and I was going to get a replacement. My husband has cooked his morning eggs in this every day. Two eggs fit well in the pan. Finally, at 10 year point, the nonstick coating started to show some small damages but the structure of pan itself still had no flaws. No warping, no loosening, nothing. Really well built and extremely durable. The weight is on the heavy side as the bottom is thick but the handle is quite easy to grab.I bought the combination skillet, glass and the fryertop. They all fit together very well and the handle system is exceptionally convenient. It is expensive but, I think it's the best Skillet I have ever purchased. It heats evenly and consistently and is a pleasure to use. At first, I was reluctant because it is quite expensive. Now, I think I'm going to buy another oneWas looking for the ultimate nonstick skillet. Thought I had found it. Husband used one time with silicone nonstick utensils and there were scratches on surface. Not sure how this brand can claim skillets can be stacked when storing. Had to return, unfortunately.I used many titantium pans before and it is just a middle price range for me. So far, it is the thickest and heaviest pan which is important because I cook with very high heat.....but I don't like the fact that its coating is not scratch resistant. You can use a spoon and scratch out the coating accidentally. I have been using it for a month, it has been good enough for me. It won't get 4 stars until they improve the coating and I am not sure how long it can last due to this weakness.Wir haben die Pfannen (24 und 28 cm) vor drei Jahren gekauft und jetzt sind sie so, dass sie nicht mehr benutzbar sind.Gleich vorweg ... Die Pfannen wurden grundsätzlich von Hand gespült und nur mit Nylongeräten benutzt. Sie wurden nicht überhitzt und es wurde mit Fett oder auch fettarm drin gebraten.Nach 2 Jahren begann die Antihaftbeschichtung nicht mehr gut zu wirken. Es gab keine Kratzer und auch keine Ablösungen, aber es begann damit, dass alles Bratgut kleben blieb.Jetzt nach 3 Jahren ist es nicht mal mehr möglich ein Spiegelein drin zu braten.Jetzt kauf ich Neue, aber Fissler werden es nicht wieder. Für den Preis erwarte ich eine deutlich höhere Langlebigkeit.Great product but I can’t make out why all the Steelux pans have a chrome end on the handle ( as shown in the picture) except the 20cm pan. This is my second 20cm pan and both do not have the chrome endpiece which looks odd as a set.nice quality and i think worth having ..works and looks/feels good, but if cost is an issue you can buy a lesser one that does the same job for lessReal Quality and very well made, highly recommended for all cooksfantastic frying pan, also has good high sides to minimise spatter.
