Quality you'd expect from Cambro. I serve Indian tacos from a food tent and my make table finally kicked the bucket. I needed to have something to accommodate 2 1/3 pans and 2 1/6 pans to keep toppings cold. I put 4 inches of ice in the bottom, and my 4 inch deep pans on top. The rim has little notches for adapter bars too. Way cool. Kept food at temperature and the ice hardly melts. After spending all day outside in the Oklahoma summertime, I had about a half a cup of melt water. I didn't know if it would work very well for the task I had at hand, but it did and I couldn't be happier. Just to think, I almost bought a Yeti.
